Each summer DPAC presents a musical theatre intensive for Broadway enthusiasts ages 10-17.
Since 2008, Heart of the Arts, DPAC’s branch of community engagement programming, has been offering exciting opportunities for local non-profits, education groups and guests.
Triangle Rising Stars is the regional competition that brings together high school musical theater students in the Triangle and surrounding areas to perform and compete for the chance to represent DPAC in the national finals in New York City each summer.
Through this program, high school students will be exposed to the diversity of what is offered at DPAC and get a behind-the-scenes look at the industry.
Special savings for City of Durham residents to most Broadway, plus some concerts, comedy shows and special events.
Recognizing those in the Triangle who are doing great things in service of their communities and or families. Nominate someone you know to receive a VIP night out at DPAC!
DPAC invites local charities, non-profits, youth-driven organizations, and more to sign up to receive special complimentary seat offers to touring events who chose to gift seats to the community.
Truist Broadway Members can use this service to donate seats which will go unused to Durham Public Schools, North Carolina Central University, and Durham Tech.
